Isaac said "bye bye" yesterday very clearly to Heida the toddler room teacher. Papa and I were with Isaac and we were taking him to the big playground, when we walked by her getting her bike. She said "bye bye Isaac" and he waved back (as he has been doing for awhile, on and off), but then said "bye bye"! We were so pleased with him! We went and played outside in the warm sunshine for a while.
During that time Auntie Anna and Uncle Greg stopped down in Eugene and left Mama some Mother's Day gifts, including some delicious chocolate and beautiful potted flower! That was so sweet of them, but we were mostly sad we missed them since we were so close... Hopefully we will see Auntie Anna at Isaac's birthday party though. But Uncle Greg, he is going up to Alaska for salmon season so we probably won't be seeing him until Isaac has a much larger vocabulary. Actually, we'll see him July 31 for sure, which is when my cousin is getting married :). Enough rambling! Here is a video of Isaac and Papa playing basketball.
Papa brought home some plants from work yesterday too (one of his co-workers always brings some every year) and we transplanted them into our little garden square. The garden is coming along. Spring is such a beautiful time.
Too CUTE!!! I loved how he wanted to get that ball up there....he knows where it goes!
